As an Account Manager you focus on the one hand on maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and on the other hand you also expand the customer portfolio.You map out the needs of your customers and prospects and offer customized solutions based on this needs analysis. Your goal? To convince the client to have their projects executed by Tectum Dekkers!
You will advise clients and promote the services Tectum Dekkers can offer. You will do this in close consultation with the Business Unit Managers and the project leaders of Tectum Group.
Your playing field is mainly in the province of Hainaut & Namur. You will focus on the new construction sector with a focus on Class 8 contractors, architects, building owners and engineering firms....
Thanks to your strong networking and negotiating skills, you succeed in closing deals taking into account the predefined margins and sales targets.You continuously keep your finger on the pulse and gather knowledge of the market, customers and prospects.
