Als bouwadministrator neem je een rol op binnen twee domeinen: aankoop en stockbeheer enerzijds, en de opvolging van onderaannemers anderzijds. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen hierrond efficiënt, correct en vlot verlopen.

 Aankoop & stockbeheer

• Je beheert de bestelaanvragen in het softwarepakket
• Je maakt bestelbonnen aan en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking richting magazijn
• Je verwerkt wijzigingen in de bestelling (bv. niet-voorradige artikelen) en past deze correct aan
• Je staat in voor de bepaling van de stockwaarde op maandbasis. Hierbij houd je rekening met zowel de stock in het magazijn als de werfstock. Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie in het systeem en voert regelmatig steekproeven en fysieke controles uit in het magazijn om de juistheid van de stock te verifiëren.
• Je staat in voor de opvolging en tijdige bestelling van praktische werfbenodigdheden zoals gas en klein materieel. Daarnaast sta je in voor het tijdig aanvragen en opvolgen van containerwissels
• Je ondersteunt in de aankoop van nieuw materieel: je selecteert leveranciers, vergelijkt offertes en stemt je voorstel af met de business unit manager om tot een finale keuze te komen.

Opvolging onderaannemers

• Je stelt, met behulp van ons softwarepakket, het budget voor onderaannemers op.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en het beheer van contracten met onderaannemers.
• Je verzamelt de vereiste documenten en zorgt voor een correcte en volledige registratie in het systeem.

Timely and accurate delivery of materials plays a key role in this. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Class C driver with a truck-mounted crane who can help us uphold our standards of quality and service both on the road and on the job site.

Your responsibilities

As a truck-mounted crane operator, you play a key role in our logistics chain and make a direct contribution to the smooth operation of our construction sites. Your daily routes take you to various construction sites in the Limburg, Flemish Brabant, and Kempen regions. Your tasks follow a clear workflow:

• For the construction project
  You supply roofing and siding materials to ensure a smooth start to the project. Timing and precision are crucial here.
• During the construction work
  You will ensure the phased delivery of materials in line with the progress of the construction site. You will load and unload using the truck-mounted crane in an efficient and safe manner, and place everything where it is needed. This includes work on the roof at heights of up to 28 meters
• After the work is done
  You’ll help clean up the job site and remove waste or leftover materials, so that everything is left clean and tidy.

On-site, you’ll work closely with both the Tectum Group foreman Tectum Group the client. You’ll coordinate on-site to clearly determine where and when materials need to be unloaded, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Once back at the branch, you’ll pass on relevant information to the project management team: delivery details, observations from the job site, or points to note for future trips. Of course, you’ll always work safely and strictly follow applicable safety instructions—both on the road and at the job site.

Requirements

A motivated, hands-on driver who takes pride in his work.

• You have a valid Class C driver's license
• You must have a valid Code 95. Having a driver card is a plus 
• You have experience operating a truck-mounted crane
• An ADR certificate is a nice bonus
• You’re punctual, customer-focused, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
• You don't have a 9-to-5 mindset and are flexible with your hours
• Experience in construction and/or roofing is a major asset.

What are you going to do?

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and further expanding our client portfolio. You will advise clients on Tectum Constructors’ services in close collaboration with the Business Unit Managers and project leaders. With your strong networking and negotiation skills, you will be able to close deals while adhering to pre-set margins and sales targets. Thanks to your technical knowledge and background, you can explain even the most complex issues clearly to your counterparts.
