• You will support the project manager in the preparation of projects such as collecting and getting technical sheets approved and working out execution details.
• You check in advance what practical matters need to be arranged, such as permits, cranes and parking spaces, and make sure everything is in place on time.
• During execution, you are the eyes and ears on the job site. You check the quality of the work, keep track of the site stock and make sure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• You will be present at site start-ups, both for permanent shifts and subcontractors, and assist with practical organization on site.
• You are in regular contact with the workers and subcontractors, instructing them and ensuring that the work is done safely and according to plan.
• Measurements of work performed are also your responsibility, so that the project manager can prepare correct progress reports.

• As a people manager, your main job is to coach and lead your team of three project managers, an administrative team, about 40 roofers and about a handful of subcontractors. With your eye for their talents and skills, you'll help take them to the next level.
• Thanks to your operational helicopter view, you maintain an overview of your branch's site portfolio. Together with the project team, you ensure that the preparation, organization and execution of projects runs smoothly.

No day is the same here - from unloading trucks to preparing and loading orders, you'll be right in the middle of it. All in a well-equipped warehouse, along with a team you can count on.

As a warehouse worker, you play a key role in our logistics process. You will work in two posts and get a lot of variety in your day. Some of your duties include:

• You unload trucks and stock the right goods neatly in the right place
• You will help with regular stock counts so that our inventory is always correct
• You ensure that orders are picked correctly so that our customers get what they ordered
• You check the quality and pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged and our customer remains satisfied

Account Manager

What will you do?

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining lasting relationships with existing customers and further expanding our customer portfolio. You analyze the needs of clients and prospects, and offer customized solutions. Your goal is to convince clients to have their projects executed by Six by Tectum.

You will advise clients on the services of Six by Tectum in close collaboration with the Business Unit Managers and project leaders. You focus on the renovation sector and mainly on public institutions and building owners in Roeselare and surroundings. With your strong networking and negotiating skills, you know how to close deals while respecting predetermined margins and sales targets. Thanks to your technical knowledge and background, you can make the most complicated matters clear to your interlocutors. You stay informed about developments within the market, customers and prospects.

Who will you work with?

• You will report directly to the Commercial Director.
• You will work closely with the Business Unit Manager of the Roeselare site to discuss possible technical solutions and project efficiencies.
