• Thanks to your operational bird's-eye view , you maintain an overview of your branch’s project portfolio. Together with the project team, you ensure that the preparation, organization and execution of projects runs smoothly.

What are you going to do?

As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and further expanding our client portfolio. You analyze the needs of clients and prospects and offer customized solutions. Your goal is to convince clients to have Tectum Constructors carry out their projects.

You will advise clients on Tectum Constructors’ services in close collaboration with the Business Unit Managers and project leaders. You will focus on the renovation sector, primarily targeting public institutions and building owners in Roeselare and the surrounding area. With your strong networking and negotiation skills, you will be able to close deals while adhering to pre-set margins and sales targets. Thanks to your technical knowledge and background, you can explain even the most complex issues clearly to your counterparts.
