Your duties.:

• Together with the Business Process Manager, you will identify the needs and requirements of the business (construction industry)
• You will make the translation between the business and IT, managing projects from A to Z
• You formalize, improve, test and analyze (new) processes
• You implement the (new) procedures within our IT landscape according to our standard
• You work project-based and are co-responsible for project planning and achieving the project objective within the predetermined timing and budget
• You will support and train end users and provide user manuals
