Your responsibilities

As a project manager, you are ultimately responsible for the successful completion of your projects, ensuring smooth execution, a sound budget, and the right people in the right places.

• You organize and coordinate your construction sites from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability
• You monitor the progress of your projects and deadlines by checking quality on-site, ordering materials in a timely manner, and closely tracking budgets and progress reports

• You will motivate and manage both your own teams and those of subcontractors

• You will raise awareness about safety among our own teams and our subcontractors' teams

• You will serve as the client’s primary point of contact and build a long-term partnership throughout the entire project

• You will coordinate site meetings with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and the client
