(ii) all other (commercial) relations between Tectum Group and its customers, prospects and business partners.

This Privacy Statement contains, among other things, information about the personal data that TECTUM GROUP collects, as well as about the way TECTUM GROUP uses and processes these personal data.

TECTUM GROUP wishes to emphasize that it endeavors at all times to act in accordance with the "Privacy Legislation", namely;
(i) the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data;

We cannot identify you from this data, but it allows TECTUM GROUP to compile statistics regarding the use of the Website.

III. With whom are our personal data shared?

TECTUM GROUP will not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary in the context of the performance and optimization of the agreement. In this context, your personal data may be disclosed to payment providers, software suppliers, cloud partner, transport partners, external IT consultants, external marketing consultants and the companies affiliated with TECTUM GROUP within the meaning of article 1:20 of the code of companies and associations.

If it is necessary for TECTUM GROUP to disclose your personal data to third parties in this context, the third party in question is obliged to use your personal data in accordance with the provisions of thisPrivacy Statement and the data processing or transfer agreement that will be concluded with this party, if applicable.

However, notwithstanding the foregoing, TECTUM GROUP may disclose your personal data:
- To the competent authorities (i) when TECTUM GROUP is required to do so by law or in the context of judicial or prospective legal proceedings and (ii) to safeguard and defend the rights of TECTUMGROUP.
