This Privacy Statement contains, among other things, information about the personal data that TECTUM GROUP collects, as well as about the way TECTUM GROUP uses and processes these personal data.

TECTUM GROUP wishes to emphasize that it endeavors at all times to act in accordance with the "Privacy Legislation", namely;

TECTUM GROUP also automatically collects anonymous information regarding the use you make of the Website. For example, TECTUM GROUP will automatically log which parts of the Website you visit, which web browser you use, which website you visited when accessing the Website. We cannot identify you from this data, but it allows TECTUM GROUP to compile statistics regarding the use of the Website.

III. With whom are our personal data shared?

TECTUM GROUP will not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary in the context of the performance and optimization of the agreement. In this context, your personal data may be disclosed to payment providers, software suppliers, cloud partner, transport partners, external IT consultants, external marketing consultants and the companies affiliated with TECTUM GROUP within the meaning of article 1:20 of the code of companies and associations.

The individual always has the right to access and inspect the personal data processed by the Company. If he so requests, the Company shall provide a copy of such personal data;
