A sustainable renovation

At the end of 2023, we started the ambitious renovation of our site in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek. The buildings were renovated in several stages, with respect for their heritage value and with a clear focus on sustainability.

The characteristic shed roofs of the warehouse were retained, the offices were renovated and a new flat roof was placed on top of the warehouse. A roof with a sustainable roof structure consisting of re-use insulation, the BossCover Circular System, a green roof and solar panels. Ready for the future. Read more about the renovation.

Today we are proud of the result and we would like to invite you to the festive (re)opening of Tectum Dekkers Brussels on Thursday, September 11.

The program

From 15h we are happy to welcome you to our renovated site in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek. Parking and shuttle service will be provided.

After the reception, we will gladly explain the sustainable transformation of this old industrial building into a future-oriented operating base in the heart of Brussels.

We will conclude the evening with a walking dinner and networking opportunity.
