As part of the Tectum Group , Tectum DSB is a specialist in (re)construction projects with a focus on flat roofs and pitched roofs, liquid waterproofing and facade. Here the expertise lies on large, complex buildings for professional customers and B2B.
Does this range of duties appeal to you?
- You prepare invoices of interventions, maintenance and repairs
- You will gather the necessary info to ensure correct invoicing from both our teams on site, the project manager, and the client
- You check invoice amounts based on maintenance contracts
- You keep the customer database up-to-date (billing information, appointed trustee, customer information,...)
- You keep the records on point so that everyone can access the latest information in the client file at all times
- You prepare maintenance reports so that future interventions run smoothly
- You will help with the digitization of documentation and think along with this
- This range of duties can be expanded according to the rate of employment (part-time or 3/5th)

- Communication skills: you can communicate clearly with various internal and external employees
- Experience in an administrative position in the construction industry is a great asset, at the same time we are happy to offer training and support to enthusiastic candidates
- Accuracy is in your DNA and you are familiar with following administrative processes
- Fluent PC skills: you can quickly master new software packages and have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Language skills: you can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and French
- With your keen eye for detail, you make sure no detail is overlooked
- Working independently a must; you take initiative, plan your tasks efficiently and make sure everything runs smoothly
- In this dynamic role as an administrative clerk, flexibility is essential; you will quickly switch between different tasks and know how to adjust priorities effortlessly in a changing environment
Who are you working with?
- Administrative clerks: together with the administrative clerks you go over all kinds of matters concerning prices and orders and maintain a good overview of purchase and sales invoices
- Project team: the team consists of 3 project leaders. You form a (h)real team and help where necessary
- Business Unit Manager: you will report directly to the Business Unit Manager and neatly follow up on ongoing issues
- Customer: you build a good relationship with the customer and ensure that you obtain all necessary information
