The cooperation with Tectum Group was a pleasant one. We were especially looking for a partner who had the necessary know-how of FM Approved roofs. This roof has a circular construction of mechanically fastened EPDM combined with rock wool.

Another aspect why we chose Tectum Group is because we can be sure of quality. They have weekly checks on site and quality installation is closely monitored.

The fact that they can work on short notice and with a large team is also a great asset. For example, they also worked through during construction leave to meet the deadline.
