Technical commercial employee In this position you will be responsible for processing public files (tenders). You are the face of our commercial department and the first point of contact for customers and prospects with a focus on governments. You have an affinity with technology and excellent communication skills to translate customer needs into appropriate technical solutions.
Duties: - Identify and approach potential customers in assigned region.
- Advise customers on technical products and services.
- Prepare quotations and ensure proper follow-up.
- Through your technical knowledge of (flat) roofs, you know how to convince the customer or prospect to choose us and our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Active monitoring of market trends and competitive analysis
Profile:
- You preferably have a technical degree
- Commercial experience in a technical environment is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of construction and especially roof are a must.
- You are fluent in current PC programs
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and preferably also in French.
- Able to convey technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
- You are a dynamic team player and have an eye for quality.
