Timely and accurate delivery of materials plays a key role in this. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Class C driver with a truck-mounted crane who can help us uphold our standards of quality and service both on the road and on the job site.
Your responsibilities
As a truck-mounted crane operator, you play a key role in our logistics chain and make a direct contribution to the smooth operation of our construction sites. Your daily routes take you to various construction sites in the Limburg, Flemish Brabant, and Kempen regions. Your tasks follow a clear workflow:
- For the construction project
You supply roofing and siding materials to ensure a smooth start to the project. Timing and precision are crucial here. - During the construction work
You will ensure the phased delivery of materials in line with the progress of the construction site. You will load and unload using the truck-mounted crane in an efficient and safe manner, and place everything where it is needed. This includes work on the roof at heights of up to 28 meters - After the work is done
You’ll help clean up the job site and remove waste or leftover materials, so that everything is left clean and tidy.
On-site, you’ll work closely with both the Tectum Group foreman Tectum Group the client. You’ll coordinate on-site to clearly determine where and when materials need to be unloaded, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Once back at the branch, you’ll pass on relevant information to the project management team: delivery details, observations from the job site, or points to note for future trips. Of course, you’ll always work safely and strictly follow applicable safety instructions—both on the road and at the job site.
Requirements
A motivated, hands-on driver who takes pride in his work.
- You have a valid Class C driver's license
- You must have a valid Code 95. Having a driver card is a plus
- You have experience operating a truck-mounted crane
- An ADR certificate is a nice bonus
- You’re punctual, customer-focused, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
- You don't have a 9-to-5 mindset and are flexible with your hours
- Experience in construction and/or roofing is a major asset.
