Your mission? To make safe work a matter of course

• Together with your colleague, you are the driving force behind our prevention policy and manage the joint internal prevention service.
• You will set up safety campaigns, make improvement proposals, and develop clear procedures and instructions for a safe workplace.
• You will regularly visit construction sites and the branches, monitor compliance with safety regulations, perform risk analysis and report areas for improvement.
• You will work closely with management, Business unit managers and employees, thereby actively strengthening safety awareness within Tectum Group.
• You ensure clear reporting and efficient administration.
