To do so, we need the support of an expert who can ensure the successful integration, marketing, and support of our BossCover range.
As BossCover Product Expert , you will act as the central point of contact and internal knowledge transfer agent for everything related to the BossCover product range, both internally and externally. You will be the linchpin, forming the link between innovation, purchasing, engineering, technical support, supply chain, marketing, and sales. Through effective coordination, you ensure that our product range remains innovative, technically strong, commercially attractive, and compliant with applicable standards.

Your duties:
Product management & development:
- You coordinate developments, product improvements, and product launches in the Bosscover range.
- You are responsible for ensuring product quality and follow up on quality issues in collaboration with the Technical Support department.
- You are responsible for updating and managing technical data sheets, installation guidelines, manuals, and product documentation.
Certification & quality assurance:
- You monitor all relevant certifications, standards, and legal requirements (such as CE, ATG, KOMO, etc.) and coordinate certification processes in close collaboration with external agencies.
- You increase knowledge within the organization about these certifications through product training, briefings, and internal communication.
- You ensure that documentation and products are always up to date and comply with regulations.
Collaboration & communication:
- You will work closely with the marketing department to prepare and update commercial and technical documentation.
- You will also work closely with the sales department when it comes to commercial needs, product positioning, and customer feedback.
- You will support the Technical Support department with questions about the BossCover range or its application.
Market analysis & strategy:
- You monitor market trends, competition, and technological developments within the roofing and facade sector.
- You analyze customer needs and translate them into concrete product strategies and improvements.
Is this role something for you?
- You are a bridge builder and know how to get colleagues on board with your story thanks to your proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- You work in a structured, systematic, and independent manner. Project management is second nature to you.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus).
- You have an affinity with construction or construction products.
- Knowledge of or experience with certification processes and quality management is a plus but certainly not a must.
