Account Manager

 

What are you going to do?

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and further expanding our client portfolio. You analyze the needs of clients and prospects and offer tailored solutions. Your goal is to convince clients to have their projects carried out by Tectum Constructors.

 

You will advise clients on Tectum Constructors’ services in close collaboration with the Business Unit Managers and project leaders. You will focus on the renovation sector, primarily targeting public institutions and building owners in Roeselare and the surrounding area. With your strong networking and negotiation skills, you will be able to close deals while adhering to pre-set margins and sales targets. Thanks to your technical knowledge and background, you can explain even the most complex issues clearly to your counterparts. You stay up to date on developments within the market, as well as with clients and prospects.


Who will you be working with?

  • You will report directly to the Commercial Director.
  • You will work closely with the Business Unit Manager at the Roeselare branch to discuss potential technical solutions and project returns.
  • You will ensure a proper and complete handover to the project team to ensure that all agreements with the client are honored.
  • You build strong relationships with customers and serve as a reliable point of contact.
