As an administrative assistant at Tectum Constructors in Melle, you will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out all administrative procedures within the branch. In addition, you will provide the necessary administrative support to your colleagues, particularly the manager and project leaders.
Your responsibilities fall within two areas: accounting and site administration.

· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- You are responsible for processing outgoing and incoming invoices, from drafting, verifying, and recording them to posting and approving them.
- You will verify the creditworthiness of our customers and monitor the monthly approval of accounts receivable statements to ensure timely invoicing.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the monthly accounting reports are accurate.
- You are responsible for site administration and administrative processing throughout the entire project.
- You will be in frequent contact with both various internal departments and external contacts.
- You register site check-ins for your own employees and subcontractors (Checkin-@-work).
· Place general orders for office supplies, beverages, and toiletries.
· Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your luggage contains:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic Accounting
- Communication skills: You are customer-focused and can communicate clearly and persuasively with various stakeholders
- You speak and write Dutch, French, and English fluently at a conversational level.
- Accuracy and a big-picture perspective: you are able to work quickly and efficiently without losing sight of the various cases
- Strong computer skills: you can quickly learn to use new software
- Experience in construction administration is a major plus
Who do you work with?
- Business Unit Manager: You report to the BUM.
- Project managers: You will work closely with the project managers on planning, administration, and progress reports
- Administrative Assistant: Together with your colleague, you’ll ensure that all administrative tasks run smoothly
- Customer: You build a strong relationship with the customer and ensure that you obtain all the necessary information
