What are you going to do?
- Organization and coordination of construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness, all within the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Motivating and managing our own teams and subcontractors
- Raising awareness and providing guidance to our own teams and subcontractors regarding compliance with all safety instructions.
- Careful monitoring of budgets and conducting a detailed post-project cost analysis
- Monitor the administrative procedures associated with the project
- The client’s point of contact who coordinates site meetings and consultations with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and the client

- Administrative Assistant: The invoicing process runs smoothly thanks to the support of these powerhouse women
- Quotation Specialist and Account Manager: You can always contact the estimator and account manager for a complete project handover, ensuring that no agreements made are lost
- Client: You build a strong relationship with the client and serve as their point of contact throughout the project
