Your responsibilities:
- You organize and coordinate your construction sites from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability
- You closely monitor your projects and their deadlines
- You will motivate and manage both your own teams and those of subcontractors
- You will raise awareness about safety among our own teams and our subcontractors' teams
- You carefully review the budgets and perform a detailed post-project analysis
- You are the point of contact for the customer
- You will coordinate site meetings with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and the client

- Ideally, you have a degree in civil engineering and several years of relevant experience in roofing

- Business Unit Manager: You report to the BUM, and together you determine which projects will be assigned to you

- Calculator: You can always use the calculator to complete a full job handoff, ensuring that no agreements made are lost
- Client: You build a strong relationship with the client and serve as their point of contact throughout the project
