Your responsibilities
Als projectleider ben je eindeverantwoordelijke voor het succesvol realiseren van jouw projecten rekening houdend met een vlotte uitvoering, een gezond budget en de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats.
- You organize and coordinate your construction sites from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van jouw projecten en deadlines door kwaliteit op de werf te controleren, materiaal tijdig te bestellen en budgetten en vorderingsstaten nauwgezet op te volgen
- You will motivate and manage both your own teams and those of subcontractors
- You will raise awareness about safety among our own teams and our subcontractors' teams
- Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant en bouwt een duurzame samenwerking op gedurende het volledige project
- You will coordinate site meetings with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and the client

- Ideally, you have a degree in architecture and/or several years of relevant experience

Who do you work with?
- Business Unit Manager: You report to the BUM, and together you decide which projects will be assigned to you
- Project Managers: You’re part of a team of project managers. You form a close-knit team, learn from one another, and help each other out when needed

- Calculator: You can always use the calculator to transfer all your project data, ensuring that none of your appointments are lost
- Client: You build a strong relationship with the client and serve as their point of contact throughout the project
