For our headquarters in Genk, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst.
Your duties.:
- Together with the Business Process Manager, you will identify the needs and requirements of the business (construction industry)
- You will make the translation between the business and IT, managing projects from A to Z
- You formalize, improve, test and analyze (new) processes
- You implement the (new) procedures within our IT landscape according to our standard
- You work project-based and are co-responsible for project planning and achieving the project objective within the predetermined timing and budget
- You will support and train end users and provide user manuals
- On the one hand, you work on projects (e.g. digitization, innovation,...): write blueprints, analyze & implement applications
- On the other hand, you take care of the maintenance and aftercare of the projects and manage the existing applications
Do you recognize yourself in the following points?
- You have a higher degree, preferably in economics or policy informatics
- You have an interest in IT
- You have a strong interest in monitoring and optimizing business processes
- You work fluently with Office 365 and have a good knowledge of Dutch and French (we have offices in Brussels & Wallonia)
- Knowledge of Build software is an asset, but not a must
- You have strong analytical thinking skills
- You are a strong communicator: you have excellent communication skills and know better than anyone how to convey information in an understandable way
- You are a pragmatic problem solver who is quick to change gears
- Strong in project management: you keep multiple balls in the air effortlessly
- You travel on a regular basis to our various sites within Belgium
