We are looking for an office manager to join our team at Tectum Roofcomfort in Hoboken. At Tectum Roofcomfort, we provide service-oriented solutions to property managers , including roof maintenance and interventions for acute roof problems.


Does this seem like fun to you?

As office manager, you are the pivotal figure who manages and optimizes administrative processes. You work closely with the business unit manager and lead a team of six administrative employees. Thanks to your coaching skills, you will lead the team to success and guarantee excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

You will coach and supervise a team of six employees. You attend various handover moments and ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams. As a team player, you are ready to support and assist colleagues as needed.

You will be responsible for the operational organization and ensure a streamlined execution of all administrative tasks with efficiency and effectiveness at the core.

You will take the lead in driving various processes with the goal of simplifying and improving operational efficiency.

In addition, you are the point of contact for customers and ensure their satisfaction. You actively participate in annual customer evaluations, are aware of SLAs and ensure that all processes run smoothly and without delays.

  • An inspiring people manager: you have several years of leadership experience and know how to motivate and coach a team. You communicate clearly and convincingly,
  • Passion for processes and analytics: You are adept at process optimization and analysis.
  • Customer focus and commercial thinking: You understand customers' needs and strive to exceed their expectations. You work proactively to improve customer satisfaction and recognize commercial opportunities to improve business results.
  • Fluent PC skills and administratively strong : e quickly learns new software and ensures flawless execution of administrative tasks.
  • Languages: You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and French.

Who are you working with?

  • Business Unit Manager and Business Unit director: You will work closely with the BUM and report directly to the BUD.
  • Project Team: You keep them informed of the progress of the files and actively participate in various consultation moments.
  • 'Repairs, maintenance and interventions' team: As a people manager, you will coach and lead a team of six employees, supporting them in achieving KPIs
  • Customer: Finally, you will build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
