We are looking for an office manager to join our team at Tectum Roofcomfort in Hoboken. At Tectum Roofcomfort, we provide service-oriented solutions to property managers , including roof maintenance and interventions for acute roof problems.

As office manager, you are the pivotal figure who manages and optimizes administrative processes. You work closely with the business unit manager and lead a team of six administrative employees. Thanks to your coaching skills, you will lead the team to success and guarantee excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
You will coach and supervise a team of six employees. You attend various handover moments and ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams. As a team player, you are ready to support and assist colleagues as needed.
You will be responsible for the operational organization and ensure a streamlined execution of all administrative tasks with efficiency and effectiveness at the core.
You will take the lead in driving various processes with the goal of simplifying and improving operational efficiency.
In addition, you are the point of contact for customers and ensure their satisfaction. You actively participate in annual customer evaluations, are aware of SLAs and ensure that all processes run smoothly and without delays.
