Account manager (m/f/x)

Does this range of duties appeal to you?

  • As an Account Manager you focus on the one hand on maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and on the other hand you also expand the customer portfolio. You map out the needs of your customers and prospects and offer customized solutions based on this needs analysis. Your goal? To convince the customer to purchase their materials from CPE! 
  • You will advise clients and promote the services CPE can offer. 
  • Your playing field is in Limburg and your customer is the self-employed roofing contractor. Your goal? Upscaling customers while attracting new customers.
  • In addition, you will organize training sessions in collaboration with the technical department to ensure that our customers are constantly up-to-date and have a deeper understanding of the materials.
  • Thanks to your strong networking and negotiating skills, you succeed in closing deals taking into account the predefined margins and sales targets. You continuously keep your finger on the pulse and gather knowledge of the market, customers and prospects.

Do you recognize yourself in the following points? 

  • Commercial technical talent: You have a strong interest in the construction industry and at least 3 years of experience as an account manager. Experience in the construction industry is a great asset! 
  • Long-term vision: you stand for developing and maintaining lasting and close relationships with your customers and prospects 
  • Strong communicator: you are a master negotiator and have the power of persuasion
  • Numerically strong: you prepare the quotes for your customers yourself 
  • Team player with a mission: Work with various teams across the organization to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • A plant puller but also a bridge builder to get the best solution realized for the customer
