Counter vendorWhat we expect from you:- The commercial flair with which you sell Elevate (formerly Firestone) and CPE products (roofing and facade materials) to customers who come to the branch.
- The enthusiasm with which you support customers at the front desk as well as those who contact you by phone.
- The accuracy with which you process orders in a fast but above all correct manner so that the customer receives the right goods on time.
- A "hands on mentality" to prepare orders, check deliveries, load and unload goods and perform inventory counts.
Who are you working with?- Branch colleagues and the Account Manager who liaises with customers
- The colleagues in the logistics department who handle the goods
In your luggage is:
- Customer feel preferably in a B2B environment
- Technical affinity that allows you to quickly acquire necessary product knowledge
- Fluency to quickly become familiar with the ERP package
