As a maintenance and interventions planner you are responsible for drawing up an optimal planning for our technicians. You take into account the type of work, the region where the work has to be done and the type of contract of the customer. Does this seem like fun to you?- Scheduling a dozen shifts by using our application software package.
- Contact customers by phone to confirm schedules and communicate any changes.
- Ordering necessary materials to carry out the planned work.
- Requesting the required permits from the municipality and, if necessary, reserving an aerial platform.
- Is this all done? Then it's time to inform our teams and subcontractors of tomorrow's schedule! That way they are well prepared and know exactly where to be and what work is waiting for them.

In your luggage is:
- Communication skills: you can communicate clearly and convincingly with various internal and external stakeholders
- Your ability to prioritize, problem solve and move quickly is invaluable to our team.
- Fluent PC skills: you can quickly master new software packages
- Language skills: you can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and French
- Experience as a construction planner is an asset
Who are you working with?
- Business Unit manager and the team leader: you will report to the BUM and the team leader
- Project team: you will keep the project team informed of the status of files and participate with them in the planning meeting
- Administrative colleagues: you work closely with the administration in the context of the completeness of the file and help each other where necessary
- Customer: you build a good relationship with the customer and ensure that you obtain all necessary information
