Does this range of duties appeal to you? As an estimator you are responsible for a costing of the material cost, the foreseen working hours and the site organization costs.To prepare the estimation you collect the necessary data of the project such as the plans, the specifications and the specifications. You interpret the data and request additional technical information if necessary. You take measurements on the plans after which they are elaborated in order to guarantee a correct drawing up of the bill of quantities.You compile the technical file and ensure a correct and complete file transfer to the Commercial Manager.

- Do you recognize yourself in the following points?
- A passion for engineering: you have a bachelor's degree in a construction field or equivalent through experience
- Numerically strong: you can make construction cost calculations yourself or are willing to master this process
- Strongly developed computer skills and fluency in handling current ICT systems
- Eye for detail, accuracy and analytical skills
- Knowledge of languages: You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French
- Experience as a calculator is a great asset, but we are also open to school leavers with a bachelor or master in a technical direction. You start as assistant calculator under the wings of our experienced calculator.
Who are you working with?
Commercial Manager: You will report directly to the commercial manager.
Business Unit Managers: You work closely with the BUMs of the different branches. You discuss possible technical solutions and project returns.
Administrative clerks study service: these powerladies will support you in collecting necessary documents and creating site files.
