Supply Chain Manager

Who we are looking for:

• You have a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• You have solid experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that simultaneously achieve operational efficiency and customer focus.
• You have strong digital skills.
• You have experience with ERP, WMS, TMS and inventory planning tools and digitization interests you immensely.
• You have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to connect, inspire and grow others. As a team player, you can collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• You possess the talent to make complex problems simple, through listening to the floor, strong analytical skills, pragmatic thinking and your data-driven approach.

Who do you work with:

• As a true people manager you coach and lead, directly and indirectly, a team of about 35 people working in the supply chain: warehouse, shops, transport, production.
• You will work very closely with buying and sales teams.
• Your customers are the professional roofers, contractors, facade builders and building material dealers throughout Belgium and you guarantee them an excellent delivery service.
