You will work from our central distribution center in Genk from where we supply all our CPE stores and deliver custom orders in a team of 6 people.As a pleater you will be responsible for the production of our custom and pleated zinc work.
Your duties:
The setting and operating of the (CNC) bending machine On the basis of the drawn plans or a sketch.
The sheets of custom zinc folds correctly.
You work accurately so that all pleated pieces are delivered correctly according to plan.
You perform a quality control perform.
You have the necessary experience with a forklift to move the zinc coils.
At busy times you help your colleagues in the warehouse with preparing orders.
In your luggage is:
You have already used zinc and know its properties.
You have technical understanding and can read and interpret a plan.
A forklift certificate is a plus, but not a must.
A technical training or background (carpentry, (electro)mechanics, machine tools,...).
