- Organization and coordination of construction sites from A to Z with an eye on quality, safety, profitability, all within the agreed deadlines.
- Motivate and direct your own teams and subcontractors
- Raising awareness and coaching of own teams and subcontractors regarding compliance with all safety instructions.
- Closely monitor budgets and carry out detailed costing
- Follow up administrative procedures associated with the project
- Customer liaison coordinating site meetings and consultation with foremen, subcontractors, architects, supplier and customer

- Administrative assistant: the invoicing flow runs smoothly with the support of these power ladies
- Calculator: you can always contact the calculator for a complete site transfer so that no appointments are lost
- Customer: you build a good relationship with the customer and are their point of contact during the execution of the project.
