The complex consists of two formally distinct parts. The horizontal volume is a four-story office building that turns into a 24-story residential tower with 160 luxury apartments and 3 levels of underground parking.
The apartments overlooking the river and the city have higher living spaces that maximize the great views and balconies that catch the morning and evening sun. The penthouses are twice the height of the other apartments and have large glass surfaces that allow the space to fully integrate with the landscape.

The building is a unique landmark in the skyline and offers a magnificent view of the city and the Scheldt. Tectum Group installed no less than 1.7 km of clamped glass balustrades for this project.

a total of 1250 m² of glass balustrades, or 1674 linear meters, on this project. The aluminum clamping profiles were were pre-installed in the concrete terrace elements by the manufacturer, and the glass panels were delivered per floor and placed on top of the concrete terrace elements. The result is a beautiful building with a modern look and a unique view over Antwerp and the Scheldt.
