The Construction Campus, situated in the Science Park of Diepenbeek, has officially been inaugurated. At the beginning of 2017, the green light was given for the new competence center 'Construction Academy' and the headquarters of the Confederation Construction Limburg. It is not by coincidence that the construction campus is located right next to the construction course. A triple helix operation was initiated, joining government, academia, and companies. We are collaborating with our partners to shape the future of the construction industry in Limburg.
Sustainable flat roofs
Tectum Group installed Firestone RubberGard EPDM on both the main and intermediate roofs for its durability and longevity. Project Manager Yves Koolen supervised the roofing project in cooperation with Mathieu Gijbels, the general contractor, and HVC Architects, the architectural office.
Green roof and balustrade
On the mezzanine level adjacent to the terraces, we installed an extensive green roof using BossCover Green. Tectum Group also realized a stair railing with clamped glass in the entrance hall of the Construction Campus.
