On behalf of Atenor, Tectum DSB is carrying out an extensive roof renovation of the Nysdam Office Park. The old roofing was carefully removed to make way for high-quality PIR insulation, which is then sealed with a durable, two-layer bituminous waterproofing. This improves the thermal performance of the building and contributes to a better indoor environment for the businesses and their employees in the Office Park.
In addition, new railings are being installed to ensure safety for everyone using the roof. Indeed, the roof serves as a multi-purpose space where employees have free access to work, eat or relax outdoors, with breathtaking views of the surroundings and the beautiful Solvay Regional Domain.
Tectum DSB is currently performing the roof renovation of Nysdam Office Park in Terhulpen, where 2650 m² of flat roof will be completely renewed with high-quality insulation and two-layer bituminous waterproofing. Part of the roof will be transformed into a multifunctional relaxation area for employees, overlooking the surrounding nature and Solvay's Regional Domain.
