Renewed flat roof for offices

The roofs above the offices, accounting for 1,732 m², received a completely new construction. Additional insulation and a multi-layer roof waterproofing were installed. The skylights were also renewed, contributing to a better working environment and greater energy efficiency. The white finish on the roof reduces heat absorption during the summer months.

Sloping roofs over production in new look

The production halls, formerly known as the salt halls, were equipped with new, insulated roof panels. Execution under challenging conditions

The project was carried out while production remained fully active at the site. Extra attention was paid to safety, partly due to the proximity of an active high-voltage line. In consultation with the grid operator, part of the line was temporarily de-energized to avoid risks. In addition, much of the work was done at great height, from a crane with a manbasket.

With this project, Tectum Group confirms its expertise in industrial roof renovations that combine safety, quality and business continuity.
