The Courbevoie project, located in the heart of Louvain La Neuve, is a multifunctional complex comprising office buildings, private residences and public residences (VME), designed to meet the needs of today's urban lifestyle. Tectum DSB, on behalf of main contractors Thomas & Piront and Besix, has taken on the waterproofing of some 3500m² of flat roofs of this building complex.

A special aspect of the Courbevoie project is the gigantic underground parking garage of some 28,000 m² with some 860 parking spaces for residents, workers and the SNCB station alike. The parking lot is therefore connected underground to the nearby Louvain La Neuve station. In addition, it also has a direct connection to and from the E411 freeway. The innovative design of this underground structure required an expert approach to waterproofing, where Tectum DSB's expertise once again played a key role. The team ensured that the "roof" of this underground floor is completely watertight, ensuring a safe and dry parking environment for visitors and residents.
