Tectum Group will provide approximately 12,000 m² of C2C certified waterproofing for the project. C2C stands for Cradle-to-Cradle and means that the waterproofing membranes can be recovered in the future to make new membranes. The roof also contributes to the building's circularity. The project includes an impressive combination of office space, meeting rooms, restaurants and a gym.
