The first 2026 knowledge platform for our project managers was entirely focused on safety. It was an informative and interactive day that centered on both deepening knowledge and practical exercises.
The morning began with a refresher course on fire prevention. A brief theoretical session served to review the key principles and points to keep in mind. This was followed by a short tour, after which the participants took part in a hands-on training session on fire extinguishers. The session utilized an innovative virtual reality application that simulated various emergency situations in a realistic and safe manner.
Next on the agenda was a first aid refresher course. During this session, participants reviewed and refreshed their basic skills, with a focus on responding quickly and correctly in emergency situations.
To wrap up the day in an interactive and fun way, the safety advisors organized a quiz on the topic of safety. The quiz focused on the responsibilities of management regarding safety. In between the serious questions, they also included some lighter ones, such as a playful “animals vs. safety” segment, which created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
In this way, the knowledge platform struck a balance between learning, hands-on experience, and enjoyment, with a clear goal: to further embed safety into our daily operations.
