This policy is based on commitment, clear agreements, and mutual trust. Illness or absence can happen to anyone. It is precisely at such times that Tectum Group wants to remain Tectum Group , keep in touch, and work together to find a feasible solution.

To ensure that this support is concrete and consistent, Tectum Group works Tectum Group a clear step-by-step plan. This plan describes, step by step, how absences are monitored, who is involved and when, and how a return to work is carefully prepared. This way, employees, managers, and HR always know where they stand.

In implementing this policy, Tectum Group Xpert Suite, the absence management portal from Otherside@work. This user-friendly platform supports managers and HR in monitoring absences and helps them to complete each step correctly, promptly, and carefully. This ensures that the support provided remains clear, transparent, and tailored to the individual situation.
