We removed the outdated roof structure and replaced it with a new, high-quality structure with optimal insulation and waterproofing. Thanks to our engineering precision, the roof now fits seamlessly with the existing structure, resulting in a longer life and better energy performance.
For the renovation of LDW Park Campus, Tectum Group was called in for one essential component: the gently sloping flat roof. Although our assignment was only part of the whole, this roof was a crucial link in the building's renewal.
