In Edegem, the sustainable Cohousing project Minerve, a residential project that is committed to a sense of community, energy efficiency and a green living environment, was erected. Tectum Group took care of the complete waterproofing and insulation of no less than 9,000 m² of flat roof.

With our expertise in roofing and high-quality insulation materials, we ensure that residents can count on a perfectly protected and energy-efficient roof for years to come.
