Our works include:

  • 5300 m² of flat roof insulation and waterproofing performed with an eye on energy efficiency and longevity
  • 1600 m² of green roofs contributing to a natural look, biodiversity and rainwater buffering
  • 270 running meters of life lines and 18 individual anchor points for maximum safety during maintenance and inspection

By combining technical expertise with sustainable solutions, Tectum Group provided a safe, high-quality and future-oriented roof finish. The result is a harmonious whole in which functionality, safety and aesthetics come together. Completely in line with the vision behind Gardens of Eden.

Gardens of Eden is rising in the heart of Wilrijk: a modern residential complex consisting of ten buildings with a total of 195 residential units, surrounded by greenery and designed for comfortable and sustainable living. For this large-scale project, Tectum Group was responsible for the complete realization of the flat roof, including fall protection and green roofs.
