Water towers Cat Mountain

Pitched roofs

Reinstate

The towers' original zinc roofs had been replaced with stainless steel, which was not in line with heritage requirements. To restore this, natural zinc fascia panels were custom folded and installed. The complex shapes of the water towers made the job extra challenging, but through careful planning and craftsmanship, it was successfully handled.

The renovation is in two phases:

  • Phase 1: Renovation of the first tower in 2024
  • Phase 2: Start of the second tower in spring 2025
