The Finance Tower, also known as FINTO, is Belgium's second tallest building at 144 meters. Including the large transmission mast, it is 174 meters high, making it the highest point in Brussels. Anchoring this mast made waterproofing a complex task. A large washing system for cleaning the glass exterior facade was also installed on the roof. This runs along approximately 700 running meters of rails and required the expertise of our roofers to create a watertight whole. Anecdote: the construction crane, which was located on top of the building during the renovation, was assembled and dismantled by an impressive Russian helicopter. This choice was necessary because there are tunnels around the building, making it impossible to use a heavy crane from the ground.

The Finance Tower, also known as FINTO, is Belgium's second tallest building at 144 meters and is an iconic landmark in the Brussels skyline. With the addition of the imposing transmission mast, the building reaches a height of 174 meters, making it the highest point in Brussels. This exceptional height and the complex anchoring of the mast placed particularly high technical demands on the waterproofing of the roof.
In addition, a large washing system was installed on the roof for the maintenance of the glass exterior facade, which extends over a rail system of no less than 700 running meters. The integration of this system required extreme precision and expertise to achieve a completely watertight and durable whole. Thanks to the expertise of the roofers at Tectum Group , this complex challenge was successfully transformed into a technically advanced realization, with safety, performance, and reliability at its core.
