The One Residence is an exclusive new-build project located in the bustling center of Brussels, in the prestigious European quarter. This unique project, developed with an eye for modern luxury and urban lifestyle, offers a high-quality residential experience. At the time, the highest green roof in Belgium was installed on the roof. The vertical transport of all the necessary materials presented a number of challenges. Fortunately, Tectum Group had Tectum Group experience to carry out work at great heights. Anecdote: because the green roof was installed on such a tall building, people jokingly wondered whether it was built to offer a beautiful view to airplane passengers flying overhead.

The One Residence is a leading new-build project in the heart of Brussels, located in the prestigious European quarter. The project combines contemporary architecture with luxurious living comfort and reflects a high-end modern urban lifestyle. An absolute eye-catcher is the impressive green roof, which was the highest green roof in Belgium at the time of completion.

The implementation of this project presented considerable technical challenges, particularly in terms of vertical transport and working at height. Thanks to Tectum Group expertise and experience Tectum Group complex high-rise projects, these challenges were skillfully overcome, resulting in the high-quality and sustainable completion of this prestigious project.
