The roofing work comprises 3,000 m² of flat roofs, of which 1,500 m² will be converted into green roofs, 1,000 m² of sloping roofs in zinc, and 500 m² of sloping roofs in natural slate. The sloping roofs will be constructed using traditional roofing techniques, installed by our specialist craftsmen with an eye for detail, material selection, and historical accuracy.
The works will run from 2025 to 2026 and are being carried out on behalf of Group Jansen. The combination of heritage restoration, green roofs, and contemporary roofing techniques makes this project a clear reference for Tectum Group complex urban renovations.
