Flat roofs

Quatuor, an impressive construction project in the North District of Brussels, comprises four towers with a total surface area of 60,000 m² and was developed on the former site of the Boudewijn building. Tectum Group a crucial role by taking on the waterproofing and insulation of the flat roofs of all four towers. We also took care of the installation of solar panels. Quatuor, designed by Jaspers-Eyers Architects, consists of four towers of varying heights connected around a large oval courtyard garden. The project not only has ambitious sustainability goals, such as achieving the BREEAM Outstanding rating, but has also focused on energy efficiency, life cycle analysis, and the integration of solar panels.
