Tectum Group was Tectum Group as the waterproofing specialist for this prestigious office complex on Schuman Square. The imposing building was constructed on a triangular site covering more than one hectare and stands out due to its exceptional scale: the facades alone extend over a total length of no less than 700 meters, giving the project a striking presence in the urban landscape.

Tectum Group responsible for the insulation and waterproofing of the flat roofs and terraces, a crucial link in the sustainability and technical performance of the complex. Client Axa deliberately opted for a flexible concept, with six independent units of approximately 10,000 m² each. This modular structure allows for a variety of layouts, from open-plan workspaces to closed office structures, and is enhanced by multiple access points from the surrounding streets. The result is a future-oriented office building in which scale, flexibility, and technical expertise come together in a single coherent whole.
