The work, carried out between September 2025 and March 2026, involved the complete renovation of the roof structure, covering approximately 950 m². A high-performance, future-proof solution was chosen, featuring rock wool insulation combined with a double layer of waterproofing. A gravel ballast was installed as a finishing touch, which helps protect the roof and extend its lifespan.
In the Brussels municipality of Etterbeek, Tectum Group completed Tectum Group renovation of the flat roof of the ACP Le Soleil residential complex, located on Koning Overwinnaarspark. This project is part of Tectum Group extensive expertise Tectum Group carrying out roofing work for apartment buildings and homeowners’ associations, where sustainability and minimal disruption to residents are key priorities.
