In Arendonk, Smulders, a subsidiary of the Eiffage Group, is expanding its headquarters with a new office building connected to the existing building by a walkway. Tectum Group was responsible for the construction of 750 m² of flat roofs.

The roofing work near the connecting bridge posed an additional challenge and required the necessary safety measures.
In addition, careful material planning played an important role. Because the crane was not available for the entire duration of the project, all necessary materials had to be accurately calculated in advance and delivered to the roof on time. Thanks to this preparation, our crews were able to continue the work efficiently without the need for additional hoisting operations.
