The W

For the "The W" project in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, Tectum Group is constructing Tectum Group roof and parking structure as part of a large-scale new development. The work includes both the construction of flat roofs and the technical infrastructure for the parking areas.

With a total area of approximately 2,500 m² of roof and 2,500 m² of parking deck, the project features a well-designed roof structure with a vapor barrier, high-quality PIR insulation, and double waterproofing.
