For this project, Tectum Group was Tectum Group the construction of approximately 4,000 m² of flat roofs and the waterproofing of the parking decks. The roof system consists of a bituminous vapor barrier, PIR insulation with aluminum sheeting, a self-adhesive underlayment, and a fully torched bituminous top layer. This system ensures durable and high-performance protection of the building against weather conditions and contributes to the energy performance of the residential project.
The project was carried out between October 2024 and March 2026 on behalf of ZOLAR BV, with IBO serving as the general contractor. Due to the scale of the project and the phased completion of the various buildings, the successive roof sections and the numerous connection details posed a significant challenge.
To stay on schedule, Tectum Group provided a dedicated, compact crew that was on site almost every day Tectum Group the entire construction period. This allowed the work to be flexibly coordinated with the progress of the structural work and the other construction partners.
