Extensive renovation with a focus on performance

A well-thought-out and sustainable approach was chosen for this site, tailored to the specific condition of the roofs.

The existing roof structure was partially removed, with the exception of the curved roof at the rear of one of the buildings. We then installed a completely new roof structure using high-performance materials:

• New 100 mm insulation layer, glued and mechanically fastened
• High-quality waterproofing for long-lasting and reliable protection

This combination ensures optimal thermal performance and a long-lasting, watertight result.

From maintenance to targeted renovation

This project is a great example of how systematic roof management leads to well-informed investments. Through Dakzorg, the Tectum Groups maintenance and monitoring service, these buildings are periodically inspected and maintained.

When technical inspections indicate that renovation is necessary, we work with the customer to identify the most suitable solution, tailored to their energy needs and available budget.
